QUESTION: What methods of payment do you accept?

ANSWER: We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover online using our secure server. We also accept Pay Pal and COD*.

*An additional charge of $11.00 will be added for COD's. Please call 330-879-5650 to order by COD.

QUESTION: How long does it take before I will receive my order?

ANSWER: Most orders ship the same day, but please allow up to a week to receive your order.

QUESTION: How can I be notified when new products are available?

ANSWER: If you would like to be notified of new products and other updates, please join our Newsletter. (see left column for signup)

QUESTION: What is your return policy?

ANSWER: We will replace merchandise that is determined to be damaged, or for any errors made in shipping.

We do not cover or reimburse any shipping on returns.

There will be a 15 percent restocking fee on returns.

QUESTION: How can I become a Wholesaler?

ANSWER: If you would like to become a wholesaler for J.Christopher Publishing, simply complete our online application. Once you have been approved, we will email you the information for purchasing at wholesale prices. A vendor's license is required. Wholesale SignUp Application.
